These Terms govern your use of the StaveMD website, which is owned and operated by RZ International LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as StaveMD (“StaveMD,” “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What StaveMD is

StaveMD is a telehealth technology platform. We help connect interested adults with independent, licensed healthcare providers and a US-licensed pharmacy. StaveMD does not itself practice medicine, does not provide medical advice, and does not dispense medication.

The eligibility check

The eligibility check on this site is an informational tool, not a medical diagnosis and not a guarantee of treatment. Only a licensed provider can determine whether any treatment is appropriate for you, after a confidential medical intake conducted on our platform partner’s system.

Eligibility

The site and programs are intended for adults 18 and older located in the United States. Provider availability and treatment options vary by state.

Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.

Telehealth consent

Telehealth services are provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and affiliated professional corporations. Before receiving care you will be asked to review and accept the Telehealth Consent, which identifies the professional corporations providing care.

Text message terms

• Program. StaveMD order updates: texts about your own order, such as order confirmation, refill check-in reminders before your next shipment, and shipping updates. No marketing messages.
• How you join. By ticking the optional, unticked text box on our order form. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to (669) 202-1955 at any time to stop; you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@stavemd.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The StaveMD name, content, and design are owned by StaveMD and may not be used without permission.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaveMD disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
