Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Your plan continues every 4 weeks until you cancel. To stop your next refill, cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date, using the link in your refill emails or by emailing hello@stavemd.com; a cancellation made later takes effect from the following cycle. No phone call needed.
Refunds
Risk Free Purchase: at checkout your card is authorized (held) for the amount shown, not charged. It is charged only if a licensed provider prescribes. If a provider decides treatment isn't appropriate for you, no medication is ordered and the hold is released, so you are never charged. Cancel any time, for any reason. If treatment isn't working out for you, cancel and we'll refund your most recent 4-week payment in full, even after your medication has shipped, and stop all future refills and charges. You don't need to send the medication back (federal law generally prohibits returning prescription medication once it has been dispensed). Prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month plans: cancel any time and every shipment that hasn't been sent yet is refunded, and no further shipments are sent. The StaveMD Weight Loss Guarantee below can refund more than this. Damaged or incorrect items: inspect your medication when it arrives. If it is damaged or is not what was prescribed, contact us right away and the pharmacy will replace it.
StaveMD Weight Loss Guarantee
If you take your GLP-1 medication as prescribed and don't lose weight, we will refund every payment you have made for it. To claim: email hello@stavemd.com at any time while you are on the plan, or within 30 days after your last payment. We compare the weight on your intake with the weight on your latest refill check-in, and confirm with your care team that you took the medication as prescribed. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 business days. One guarantee per patient. It covers the GLP-1 weight-loss program only.
